Menurut saya, untuk jadi seorang pekerja yang profesional, yang terpenting adalah sehat dulu. Sehat yang seperti apa tuh? Ya sehat pikiran, hati, fisik dan deh, dimulai dari sehat jasmani dan pikiran dulu nih... walaupun terdengar sepele, tapi apakah sudah dilakukan? olah raga rutin, pola makan serta hidup sehat? Padahal sebagai seorang pekerja profesional, kita harus tetap fresh dalam penampilan serta pikiran loh..Nah, beberapa waktu lalu... Saya coba melakukan sedikit improvisasi dalam aktivitas training agar peserta training tetap "Healthy Inside, Fresh Outside"..Jadi, berawal dari wajah-wajah Sales Consultant pada pukul 0800 pagi yang sepagi itu udah keliatan capek, ngantuk, kurang gairah dan kayanya gak fokus juga untuk langsung belajar. Wajar sih, kalo dibayangin gimana jauhnya jarak yang harus ditempuh mereka yang rumahnya bisa lebih jauh dari saya. Mungkin mereka bisa berangkat pukul 4 pagi dari rumah menuju kantor pusat. Belum lagi ngantuknya di jalan dan macetnya ibu situ saya jadi kepikiran gimana caranya bikin mereka lebih fresh dan bersemangat. Ice breaking simpel? Stretching? Hmm kayaknya kok basic ya, hehe. Gimana kalau senam aja sekalian.. Maka jadilah kita senam.. Bersyukur ternyata kegiatan senam ini berhasil membuat peserta training senang dan bersemangat. Banyak dari mereka yang bisa tertawa lepas mengikuti gerakan. Kabar baiknya lagi pegal-pegal di badan hilang, wajah juga jadi gak tegang dan cemberut hehe. Habis itu langsung kita kasih coffee break deh, pas banget the next day,Level up the movements! Pada training selanjutnya, tiba-tiba ada salah satu peserta training yang ingin bersukarela menjadi instruktur senam kita. Bedanya, kali ini senamnya Zumba yang mana gerakan dan musiknya lebih energic banget pokoknya!Bye main handphone, bye muka tegang, bye rasa mager males gerak, bye badan pegel.... Semuanya bergerak dengan semangat ngikutin music yang itu dulu paling yang bisa saya share ke teman-teman semua.
